Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders. Valid SLP license for the state of Connecticut. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive SLP services to a diverse K-12 caseload. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students' IEP goals. Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and monitor progress. Provide direct therapy and consultation services district-wide as the dedicated full-time SLP. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings.
