Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) LEARN, Southeastern Connecticut's Regional Educational Service Center, invites candidates to apply for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opening at the Friendship School in Waterford, Connecticut for the 2027-2028 school year. The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide services to diverse learners with complex communication needs in a variety of school-based settings. The qualified candidate will have extensive knowledge of developmental milestones, evidence-based assessments and interventions, special education guidelines for eligibility, and
SRBI/MTSS

What You'll Do Each Day Provide speech-language services to students with complex communication needs. Conduct evidence-based assessments and develop intervention recommendations. Apply knowledge of developmental milestones to support student needs. Use special education eligibility guidelines and
SRBI/MTSS
systems to inform evaluation and intervention practices. Collaborate with team members to support student success. Qualifications Master's Degree required. Connecticut Educational Certification (061). Public Health and ASHA licensure (CCC) preferred. Extensive knowledge of developmental milestones, evidence-based assessments and interventions, special education guidelines for eligibility, and
SRBI/MTSS
systems. Previous experience evaluating and creating intervention programs for students with neurodevelopmental disabilities preferred. Strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply. Salary Range $52,808
