$65,000-$85,000 annually Join a Collaborative Early Childhood Team Supporting Young Learners AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support early childhood students in a highly collaborative school-based setting in Washington, DC for the 2026-2027 school year. This onsite position supports students ages 3-5 across two nearby campuses and offers the opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team focused on early intervention, communication development, and student success. The ideal clinician is passionate about working with preschool-aged students and enjoys collaborating closely with educators, families, and related service providers in a team-oriented environment. Typical Schedule:

7:45 AM - 4:15 PM 30-minute duty-free lunch included Split schedule between two campuses (2-3 days per location depending on caseload needs) Caseload & Responsibilities The selected Speech-Language Pathologist will support approximately 25 early childhood students, with caseloads expected to grow throughout the school year as additional students enroll and are assessed. Students present with a range of communication needs including: Articulation disorders Expressive and receptive language delays Developmental delays Autism Spectrum Disorder Nonverbal communication needs Responsibilities include: Providing direct speech-language therapy services Conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans Writing IEP goals and maintaining documentation Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff Participating in
