Job Description

Make a difference in the educational journey of elementary-aged students by stepping into this rewarding Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role. This contract opportunity is based near Bear, DE, and involves providing essential speech-language services within an elementary school environment.
Key Qualifications:
Valid and active Delaware SLP License/Certification (please submit documentation) Strongly preferred: previous experience in a school-based setting, especially serving elementary-aged students History of delivering speech-language therapy, conducting comprehensive evaluations, and developing individualized IEP goals Proficiency in progress monitoring, data collection, and clinical documentation within an educational context Ability to collaborate with teachers, related service professionals, families, and school staff to support student success Commitment to working on-site for the full elementary school schedule (8:45 AM4:15 PM EST) Flexibility to adapt to caseload changes as district needs evolve
Role Overview:
