Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Delaware State SLP license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility Strong clinical background in school-based settings or working with children Excellent communication and organizational skills Passion for partnering with educators, families, and students for the best possible outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive 1:1 speech and language therapy to students on caseload Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Conduct assessments, document progress, and prepare required reports Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain best practices
