Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology from an accredited program Hold or eligible for current state licensure/certification Experience supporting school-aged children, especially in pediatrics Strong assessment, evaluation, and intervention skills for a variety of speech, language, and hearing disorders Proficient in developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for students with communication challenges Document daily therapy activities, progress, and outcomes in accordance with school and state guidelines Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and family members to support student success in the classroom Provide consults, strategies, and resources to staff for optimal learning environments Support professional development sessions and promote awareness of speech-language and hearing needs in schools
