Minimum Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current DE SLP license (must submit license and updated resume to be considered) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Previous school-based SLP experience preferred Flexibility to provide onsite and homebound therapy services

Responsibilities:

Deliver speech/language therapy to students onsite and to homebound students as assigned Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to support IEP goals Document and monitor student progress Adapt services based on fluctuating caseload needs Participate in team meetings and contribute to supportive, inclusive learning environments
