Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state license in good standing ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility Strong foundation in pediatric SLP practice, including assessment and intervention planning Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct screening, evaluation, and diagnosis of communication disorders in students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each childs strengths and needs Collaborate with interdisciplinary teamsincluding educators, families, and support staffto optimize student outcomes Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with state and district standards Provide ongoing consultation, training, and support to teachers and caregivers Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
