What Were Looking For:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) for Delaware Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates considered Previous school-based experience is highly valued Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
What Youll Do:
Provide direct speech/language therapy services to K-12 students with diverse backgrounds and needs Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and collaborate with classroom staff and families Maintain detailed records and progress reports to help students achieve measurable gains Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
