Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP Proven experience or practicum in a PreK-12 school environment Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and team members Commitment to diverse student populations and individualized care plans
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEPs and school protocols Monitor student progress and adjust therapy methods as needed Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure optimal support Deliver both group and individual interventions addressing speech, language, and communication challenges Maintain thorough and timely documentation for all services provided Participate actively in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and ongoing staff development
