Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required Possess either ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be working toward Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Hold active Delaware SLP state licensure Demonstrated experience supporting students, preferably in a school-based environment Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff Organized, flexible, and enthusiastic about working in a collaborative education setting

Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students on a 1:1 basis as outlined in IEPs Conduct thorough assessments to determine students speech and language needs Maintain compliant and accurate documentation of interventions and student progress Work closely with classroom teachers, parents, and other support staff to foster student success Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input regarding therapy goals and progress Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
