Key Qualifications:

Active or pending Delaware SLP or SLPA license required Experience with pediatric and school-based speech pathology or therapy Comfortable serving K12th grade students Openness to both SLPs (CCC or CF) and SLPAs Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus, not required Ability to work onsite and successfully complete a drug screen/background check

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat speech, language, and communication disorders Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes compliant with state and federal guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized student plans Receive supervision and mentorship if you are a Clinical Fellow or SLPA Comprehensive benefits, including healthcare and a matching 401k, are available for those working 30 hours or more per week.
