9528329-19720 Job Description Make a difference in the lives of students by supporting communication and language development as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026/27 school year. This full-time contract position offers 37.5 hours per week, working with a diverse and rewarding mix of 1 high school caseload and 2 preschool caseloads. Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid SLP license in Delaware or eligibility to obtain before starting Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Experience with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote service delivery Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with communication disorders across high school and preschool settings Create individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs, IEP goals, and school requirements Maintain thorough documentation and timely reporting on student progress Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff Participate in case conferences, IEP meetings, and professional development Deliver services through both in-person and teletherapy modalities as needed
