Qualifications & Experience:
Active Delaware SLP License/Certification (must submit proof) School-based experience strongly preferred, especially with elementary-aged students Demonstrated skill in speech-language therapy, student evaluations, and IEP goal writing Proficiency in progress monitoring and clinical documentation Ability to work onsite full schedule (8:45 AM 4:15 PM EST; 37.5 hours/week) Collaborative mindset and willingness to adapt to evolving caseload needs Bilingual skills are a plus
