Job Description

Step into a rewarding role supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school setting near New Castle, DE. This full-time, onsite contract role is your opportunity to make a difference, working directly with students to help them develop communication skills for success in and out of the classroom. Qualifications:
Active and valid Delaware SLP license required Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Previous school-based experience preferred, ideally at the elementary level Comfortable working exclusively onsite Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Reliable transportation to the site
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students on your caseload Conduct assessments, develop and update IEPs, and document student progress Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on student needs and service recommendations Collaborate with educators and families to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment Maintain thorough, timely records in compliance with state and district guidelines Utilize best practices and evidence-based interventions to foster student growth This position offers the chance to work closely with students and educators across a supportive school community.
