Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license for the state of Delaware (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred Prior experience in school settings is a plus Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills Passion for working with children and supporting their communication development
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver therapy services tailored to student needs Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate updates Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams Participate in IEP meetings and provide staff training as needed
