Office Space:

Shared What You'll Do Provide direct speech-language therapy based on students' IEP goals and individual communication needs. Participate in MTSS and provide intervention or consultation for students with emerging communication needs. Support students with a range of communication disorders and levels of severity. Conduct speech-language evaluations, screenings, and reevaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Monitor student progress and adjust intervention based on student data. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to meaningful, individualized speech-language goals. Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers. Work collaboratively with the SLP team to support students with varying communication needs. Maintain accurate documentation and meet state and district special education requirements. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders. Delaware SLP License required. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required for experienced SLPs. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply. School-based experience preferred, but not required. Experience with IEPs and school-based service delivery preferred. Strong communication, organization, flexibility, and collaboration skills. Passion for helping students develop communication skills and succeed in the classroom.
