Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This full-time speech-language pathologist opportunity is available for the 2026-27 school year, offering a rewarding role working with students K-12 in a dynamic school setting located in Odessa, DE. This position provides flexibility with caseload options, including virtual and onsite opportunities, although onsite placement is preferred. Ideal candidates will have experience in school-based speech therapy and a passion for supporting pediatric populations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services to K-12 students Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessments and student needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and regulations Participate in meetings and professional development activities as needed
Qualifications:
Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with eligibility or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience in school-based speech therapy, pediatrics, and teletherapy preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to student growth and development
Location and Schedule:
Position based in Odessa, DE with K-12 caseload options Full-time employment for the 2026-27 academic year Virtual options are open, preference for onsite presence
