• Maternity Leave Coverage | 2026-2027 School Year Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and engaging Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, in-person maternity leave assignment during the 2026-2027 school year.

This position will serve a Preschool and Kindergarten caseload, including students within an Autism program and inclusion population.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services according to students' IEPs.
• Support Preschool and Kindergarten students with a variety of communication needs.
• Work with students within both Autism support and inclusion settings.
• Develop and implement individualized speech and language goals.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate therapy documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Provide strategies and recommendations to support communication skills within the classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active or eligible state SLP licensure
• Appropriate school-based certification/credentialing as required by the state
• Experience working with preschool, early elementary, and/or autistic students preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Must be available to work onsite/in person
