Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP licensure for Delaware (or ability to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered Pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred Teletherapy experience a plus Strong communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy in a school setting (1 high school, 2 preschool caseloads) Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals Maintain detailed records and meet compliance standards Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed
