Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain Clinical expertise with pediatrics, early childhood, and elementary-aged students Familiarity developing IEPs and delivering direct and consultative SLP services Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with school staff and families Prior experience in school settings preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates with relevant pediatric rotations are welcome

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy for students in grades K12, adapting approaches for diverse learning needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Conduct speech/language evaluations and document progress Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
