This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) invites an SLP or CFY to make a difference for individuals ranging from kindergarten age up to 22 years. Key Duties:

Plan and deliver targeted speech-language therapy, including assistive technology, augmentative communication, articulation, social/pragmatic language, voice, feeding, and oral-motor skills Provide thorough diagnostic and evaluation testing for a broad age range (2 to 22 years) Prepare insightful reports summarizing assessment findings and student progress Develop IEP objectives addressing individualized student goals and participate actively in meetings Collaborate with families and staff, ensuring open communication and unified support for each student's development Embrace flexibility and creative problem-solving in a dynamic school setting

Ideal Background:

Possess or be eligible for a Delaware SLP license Hold the SLP-CCC, be in your CFY, or have strong school-based SLP experience Experience with moderate to severe disabilities is highly valued Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative spirit
