Job Description

Step into an exciting opportunity for Speech-Language Pathologists in one of Floridas largest school districts! For the 20262027 academic year, multiple SLP positions are open for experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows interested in contract roles. This district prioritizes a collaborative, student-focused atmosphere and welcomes new voices to add to its vibrant community. Whether youre interested in working onsite, exploring hybrid arrangements, or traveling, youll find a supportive team, including dedicated supervision for SLP-CFs, and the freedom to grow professionally. Attractive tax-free stipends for travelers and up to $5,000 in bonuses make relocating or commuting especially rewarding. Youll be secure as a W2 employee and enjoy a competitive pay range between $55 and $60 per hour.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF) Clinical Fellow applicants will receive district-provided supervision Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Passion for supporting diverse student populations in a school-based setting
Your Role:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support academic success Adapt therapy plans to meet individual student needs, both in-person and in hybrid formats Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district and federal standards Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
