Key Responsibilities:
Evaluates and treats clients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders Conducts client screenings per admission and change-of-condition guidelines Completes all required clinical documentation timely and accurately Attends required meetings including Medicare, family, and care plan meetings Develops individualized treatment programs
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education Required:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology. State Licensure and ASHA certification or eligibility
