Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active FL license as an SLP or SLPA (required) Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in a school or healthcare setting Open to SLPs completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Excellent communication and organizational skills Commitment to fostering student growth and development
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-8 students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success Document and track student progress in alignment with school requirements Attend meetings and participate in IEP development as needed Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
