Qualifications & Experience Sought:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Demonstrated expertise with pediatric populations, particularly in early childhood and elementary school settings Background in school-based SLP services and knowledge of individualized educational programs (IEPs) Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills Prior experience with a range of student needs, including moderate to profound, is highly valued

Role Expectations:

Conduct both screenings and in-depth assessments for K12 students Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students progress Document therapy sessions, progress, and recommendations according to school and regulatory guidelines Provide direct intervention in speech, language, pragmatic, and communication skills Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary problem-solving as needed
