Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Florida teacher certification and/or active FL Department of Health SLP license Satisfactory completion of required fingerprinting and credentialing (those with fingerprints on file via the AHCA Clearinghouse may be eligible to verify/transfer status to expedite onboarding) Experience working with school-aged children is preferred Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students at assigned campuses Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations in accordance with district procedures Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment Benefit from a varied caseload, with age groups and settings that will expand your professional experience while supporting multiple school communities.
