Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Active state licensure (or eligibility) Experience with pediatric populations, especially early childhood and elementary students Skill working with diverse student needs, including moderate to profound communication challenges Strong collaborative and communication abilities with educators, families, and support staff CFY applicants and seasoned clinicians welcome

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students from kindergarten through high school Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and generalization of skills Maintain timely and accurate documentation, adhering to school and state regulations Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the student support process
