Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active SLP license in Florida (or eligibility to obtain). Previous experience in K-12 school settings preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. Energy and adaptability for working with students across grade levels.

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Partner with teachers, families, and support staff to support student success. Maintain accurate records and progress reports. Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that motivates and inspires students.
