Job Description

H2Health is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in our outpatient clinics. In this role, you will evaluate and treat children with communication, language, and feeding disorders, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with families and an interdisciplinary team. You'll enjoy meaningful one-on-one care, mentorship, and ongoing training, with opportunities to advance into leadership within our growing, patient-centered, and team-focused therapy network. Responsibilities Provide pediatric speech, language, and swallowing evaluations and treatments in an outpatient setting Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members on care goals Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately and timely Educate parents/caregivers on home programs and strategies to support communication Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and care coordination across clinics Contribute to quality improvement and outcome tracking initiatives Supervise or mentor students or junior clinicians as appropriate Maintain licensure, certifications, and continuing education requirements Required Skills Pediatric speech and language assessment Treatment planning and goal writing Feeding and swallowing therapy Augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) Standardized testing and documentation Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation Family and caregiver education Interdisciplinary team collaboration Behavior management strategies for children Evidence-based pediatric intervention techniques
