40 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders across various settings, ensuring personalized care plans that promote optimal communication outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication impairments in children with early intervention needs. Provide direct therapy services through in-person sessions or telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care. Educate patients and their families on communication strategies, exercises, and adaptive techniques to maximize functional communication skills. Experience Proven experience working with pediatric populations, including early intervention programs and school-based settings. Familiarity with comprehensive speech and language evaluations utilizing standardized assessment tools.
