Job Title Speech Language Pathologist or SLPA - After School Hours - Part-Time Job Description Simple Speech Therapy is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist or SLPA who is looking for a part-time, after school hours caseload to join our team in either our ChampionsGate clinic or Horizon West clinic. This motivated individual should have the desire to grow a caseload to the number of clients that fits your schedule and demonstrates the ability to create lasting relationships with clients and their families. This position can be from 2-5 days per week, which is completely up to the candidates choosing. Responsibilities The Speech Language Pathologist will have the following responsibilities: Evaluate, develop and implement treatment plans to address speech and language deficits. Maintain accurate documentation and write reports detailing initial evaluation, progress, treatment and discharge information. Monitor patients progress continually and adjust treatment plans when needed. Educate patients and their families on speech related topics. Meets with families and Simple Speech Therapy staff as needed. Requirements Active Florida SLP license and Certificate Of Clinical Competence (CCCs) or SLPA license Strong clinical skills and passion for working with children and families Comfortable working independently in a private clinic setting Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Pediatric experience strongly preferred Experience SLPs or SLPA's with more than 1 year of professional experience are welcome to apply Company Description Simple Speech Therapy is a clinician-owned, private pay pediatric practice serving families across Central Florida, with a focus on delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive and stress-free environment.
