Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient clinic in Daytona Beach, FL. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity serving a pediatric population from birth through 18 years of age. The ideal candidate will be experienced in evaluating and treating a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and individualized treatment plans for patients ages 0-18 Deliver therapy services in an outpatient setting to a diverse pediatric caseload Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and Medicaid standards Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress Manage a caseload of approximately 200 patients with support from a dedicated clinic scheduler Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and Medicaid billing requirements
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred National Provider Identifier (NPI) number required Prior Medicaid billing experience strongly preferred Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
