Qualifications Requirements of the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP): Current Speech Language Pathologist License in current state. Current CPR certification. At least 3 years of Skilled Nursing experience preferred.https:

Instructing clients in techniques for more effective communication, including sign language, lip reading and voice improvement. Educating patients and family members about various topics such as communication techniques and strategies to cope with or to avoid personal misunderstandings.
