Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid and current SLP license (Florida or eligibility for reciprocity) Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued Ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and families Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
Responsibilities:
Administer assessments and create individualized treatment plans Provide direct speech-language therapy to students Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents on student needs Maintain accurate documentation per school and legal requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
