Job Description

Whether you are an experienced SLP-CCC, a Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF), or looking to take your career on the road, there are diverse roles availableincluding onsite, hybrid, and travel assignments. Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active FL SLP license or eligibility (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF accepted) Strong commitment to inclusive, student-focused therapy Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in diverse cultural and educational environments Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K12 students Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Document outcomes and maintain accurate records in compliance with district standards Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities In addition to providing W2 contracts with full benefits, youll benefit from flexible assignment types, opportunities for professional growth, and the satisfaction of shaping students communication skills in a supportive district environment.
