Job Description

CAP Speech Therapy is looking for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist who enjoys working with young children and closely collaborating with preschools in the Fort Lauderdale area. This is a close-knit, growing private practice in East Fort Lauderdale focused on early childhood communication, late talkers, and children with autism. Sessions happen in the child's natural environment (home and school based), where real progress tends to happen naturally. This position will consist of driving to 2-3 daycares. What this looks like right now: We're currently seeking support for morning sessions about 2x per week in Fort Lauderdale. Caseload is light to start (9-11:45am), with steady room to grow as referrals come in. This is a great fit for someone who wants flexibility without being locked into a heavy or overwhelming schedule.
