Pediatrics Communication Sciences & Disorders Full Job Description Position:
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) We are actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our expanding team across multiple South Florida locations including Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Coral Springs, Delray Beach, and Boca Raton.
What You Will Do:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs Provide direct speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients Collaborate effectively with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other team members Maintain accurate and timely documentation including session notes and progress reports Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support carryover at home Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development Follow ethical and professional standards of practice at all times
What We Are Looking For:
✅ Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program (Required) ✅ Current Florida State Licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain (Required) ✅ Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred — Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome to apply! ✅ Pediatric experience required ✅ Early intervention or school-based experience is a plus ✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills ✅ Commitment to a team-oriented and collaborative environment Why Join Our Team?
