Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Passionate about making a difference in students' communication and language development? Multiple openings are available for Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC or CF) seeking either full-time or part-time contract opportunities working with K-12 students across several welcoming school locations near Fort Myers Beach, FL. This role is entirely on-site, supporting a diverse caseload from elementary to high school, with supervision available for clinical fellows.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Active
FL DOH SLP
licensure CCC-SLP certification or current Clinical Fellow (CF) status School-based experience preferred, but not required Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Must meet fingerprint and background check requirements (existing prints may be verified via AHCA Clearinghouse; JLA badge may be needed)
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language and communication therapy services to K-12 students across assigned campuses Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and district standards Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress Manage a dynamic caseload, traveling between school sites as scheduled
