Speech-Language Pathologist, PRN

Lakewood Ranch Children's Therapies (www.lwrchildrenstherapies.com) is hiring a Licensed and Certified PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP). Lakewood Ranch Children's Therapies is a private pediatric therapy practice that provides high-quality service in homes and preschools across the Southwest Florida area (Lakewood Ranch to Fort Myers). Lakewood Ranch Children's Therapies primarily serves children under 13, but occasionally serves individuals up to 21. This position covers individual treatment sessions at one of our clinics. This position will be 5-10 hours per week to start, but is flexible depending on the clinicians needs. What will you be responsible for?

• Providing individualized weekly speech and language therapy sessions targeting written objectives
• Creating a treatment plan that supports the families' goals.
• Providing services in one of our clinics in South Fort Myers
• Coaching and collaboration with client's parents to support client progress
• Complying with occupational health and safety regulations as well as implementing Lakewood Ranch Children's Therapies' safety standards. Compensation?

position is paid per session. Our range per session is typically $54

• 57 based on experience and other qualifications. What are we looking for in a candidate?
• A licensed and certified SLP with strong communication skills, outstanding organizational skills, and a growth mindset.
• Experience working with pediatric clients is preferred.
