Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Prior experience in school-based or pediatric population preferred Comfortable working with students across K-12 grade levels Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students per IEP requirements Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs Develop individualized treatment plans and track student progress Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff to foster student growth and success Communicate regularly with families regarding therapy goals and progress Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and school-wide initiatives Working onsite allows you to build meaningful connections and see the positive impact of your expertise each day.
