9642500-34982 Job Description Step into a rewarding school-based opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist! This contract role offers a blend of collaboration and independence, working with diverse caseloads across elementary and middle grades. Multiple campuses in the Fort Pierce and Port St. Lucie areas have both part-time and full-time openings, so you have the flexibility to choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Current needs include full-time or part-time coverage, serving one or two schools depending on your preference. Caseloads vary by sitefrom PreK resource therapy through 8th grade to elementary-only services, with supportive teams at some locations and opportunities for autonomous practice at others. Start as soon as possible and make an impact through the end of the school year, with contracts running through June 1, 2027.

Qualifications and Experience:

Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist License required School-based SLP experience preferred Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Must complete district-mandated fingerprinting (AHCA clearinghouse prints accepted if current) In-person badge pickup required before starting Strong communication, flexibility, and organization skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy to students in elementary and/or middle school settings Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans Progress monitor and document student outcomes Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals as needed Attend required school or district meetings

Role Features:
