Job Description
Overview:
- We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team in
CORRECTIONS.
As an Speech Therapist, you will work with patients to help them develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.- Looking To Fill 2 Positions
- Position 1: 1 day per week, Friday only, 7 to 8 patients OR Position 2: 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday, 8 patients per day
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine their needs and goals
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Help patients with various conditions regain their independence
- Provide adaptive equipment recommendations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress accurately
Skills:
- Willingness to work in the corrections environment
- Physiology knowledge
- Medical terminology proficiency
- Anatomy knowledge
- No CFY This position requires a compassionate individual with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to make a positive impact on patients' lives.
Job Types:

$60.00- $80.
