• Conduct and analyze comprehensive speech-language evaluations to assess residents' communication, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing abilities
• Develop and carry out therapeutic strategies and compensatory techniques to enhance communication effectiveness, support safe swallowing, and prevent functional decline
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards
