Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences required Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates encouraged Direct school-based SLP experience is a plus, but not required Passion for supporting diverse student populations with communication needs Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy to K-12 students Complete comprehensive evaluations, IEP documentation, and progress monitoring Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student progress Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input for each student's service plan Deliver both direct and consultative services across Key Largo, Tavernier, and Plantation Key campuses
