Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Florida SLP license with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required Prior experience with school-based caseloads preferred Ability to efficiently manage a caseload of 70 or more students Strong communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students across multiple school sites in the Upper Keys Assess, diagnose, and develop IEPs for students with a variety of speech and language impairments Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents to support student success Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance with all state and district requirements
