This is a full-time, onsite contract position lasting through the school year, with immediate starts and placements available across multiple school locations managed by a collaborative team. Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Florida provisional SLP License (Dept. of Health) Eligibility for Florida school fingerprinting, with quick follow-up on credentialing requirements Commitment to onsite work across assigned school locations in the county (no remote options) Readiness to participate in a brief internal video interview and onboarding process Passion for working with children from PreK through high school Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary colleagues Recent graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy to students assigned to your caseload Collaborate closely with a supervising SLP-CCC and school staff Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans Document progress and communicate results regularly Engage in professional development and mentorship during your fellowship In addition to valuable clinical experience, youll benefit from supportive supervision, opportunities to work across varied locations, and the ability to shape your assignment based on preference and skill.
