Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist - Optimum Rehab Inc.
Location:
Lake Mary, FL (In-Person)

$45.00 - $60.00 per hour

Part-Time to Full-Time | W-2 Who We Are Optimum Rehab Inc. is a well-established pediatric therapy clinic with over 25 years of serving children and families in the Lake Mary / Central Florida area. We specialize in Speech Therapy (ST), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Physical Therapy (PT), working with children across a wide range of developmental and communication needs. We are a small, close-knit team that operates with a family-centered philosophy — where every therapist is valued, supported, and given the tools to do their best work. The Opportunity We are looking for a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. You'll step into a stable, existing caseload from day one — no building from scratch. Our patient population includes children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, articulation and language disorders, AAC needs, feeding challenges, and more. This position starts part-time with strong potential to grow into full-time, depending on your availability and caseload demand. We serve a high volume of school-age children, so afternoon and evening availability is essential. Why Optimum Rehab?
