An exciting opportunity awaits skilled Speech Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) for contract assignments available in multiple locations across Palm Beach County, near Lake Worth, FL. This is an on-site only roleremote or virtual arrangements are not available. Start dates are ASAP, continuing through the end of next school year. Successful candidates will work a full-time schedule (35 hours per week, 7 hours per day) to serve students in settings ranging from PreK to high school. Caseloads and age groups may vary by location, with assignments customized according to staffing needs. Multiple school sites can be combined to create a full-time equivalent (FTE) position.
What youll bring:
Current, active Florida SLP license (Dept. of Health) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required; SLP-CFs and SLPAs are not eligible for this posting Experience in a school-based setting is preferred Ability to supervise Clinical Fellows is a plus (eligible for stipend per semester for each CF supervised) Commitment to timely credentialing; readiness to complete fingerprinting, background check, and internal video interview Key responsibilities: Assess and develop individualized plans for students with speech/language needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals Maintain clear documentation and participate in IEP meetings Travel between assigned campus locations as needed Provide support and mentorship to Clinical Fellows if eligible Perks include the possibility of earning additional stipends for CF supervision and the chance to work with a collaborative, student-focused team.
