A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

therapy sessions - no travel Speech Innovations is a thriving, therapist-owned pediatric private practice with a collaborative team of 13 Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential. Speech Innovations has been proudly serving the Central Florida area since 2013. At Speech Innovations, you're more than just a therapist—you'll be part of a close-knit team committed to clinical excellence, collaboration, and changing children's lives every day. We are hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY) and Occupational Therapist (OTR or COTA).

Qualifications:
Master's Degree or Bachelor's degree from accredited program Active Florida Department of Health License Minimum of one year of pediatric experience Strong communication and collaboration skills Professional, compassionate, and family-centered approach to care
Preferred:
Active Florida Medicaid Provider Number Experience with pediatric and special needs populations
After School Availability Pay:
$40.00 - $60.00 per hour
